Modified Sadhana, short physical kriya and long mantra meditation(s) , spiritual path, all levels, on Zoom.
Our Sunday morning class will be slightly more axed towards meditation and mantra singing, therefore the term “modified Sadhana”. The Aquarian Sadhana is practiced by Kundalini Yoga communities across the world. Doing sadhana in a group develops group consciousness. A group sadhana practice amplifies the impact of the meditation. Yogi Bhajan said that group meditation not only adds to individual effort, but multiplies it.
If you have never had the opportunity to participate in a group Sadhana, these are the general guidelines.
The Sadhana is traditionally started early in the morning, before sunrise.
The first part of the Sadhana is the reading of the Japji Sahib, also known as the Song of the Soul. This is a Sikh prayer which appears at the beginning of the Guru Granth Sahib, the scripture of the Sikhs.
After Japji, the Sadhana is followed by the beginning of a regular Kundalini Yoga class (opening ritual, optional warm-up, kriya and relaxation), but the meditations and their mantras are specific. There are many versions of music to accompany the mantras of the Aquarian Sadhana.
Very often, the Sadhana is also followed by a prayer and a daily Hukam.
The Sunday class will therefore be more focused on short, physical kriyas, and long meditations with mantras, and the very essence of the spiritual aspect of Kundalini Yoga: the prayer and the Hukam.
These classes will not be recorded, and not available on the library.
Depending on the majority of the participants, the teaching language will either be Luxembourgish, English, German or French.
Class attendance is 20€, with an option to buy a 6-weeks cycle for 100€ (6 classes to be used within 3 months). The Zoom codes can be obtained by reservation:
