Anger is a powerful energy. Like other emotions, anger is normal. However, when you allow it to build up, you may discharge it in ways that are self-destructive, self-sabotaging, hurtful and harmful to yourself and others. Anger may even destroy your relationships and prevents you from experiencing happiness. Inner anger is an energy that is misdirected: start by releasing it & work on recreating self-love.
Kundalini Yoga to Relieve Inner Anger
Yogi Bhajan says about this kriya: “When the inverted anger becomes part of the body, the simple effect is that you have absolutely no relationship with your Self… Inferiority complex or superiority complex are a cover-up of inner anger. Manipulation and lying are parts of inner anger. Not being self-sustaining or having a foundation to work it out is an inner anger. Misbehavior, wrong calculation, self-destruction, destroying the business, destroying the relationship are all inner anger… On the other hand, anger comes from the place of the Agaan Granthi. It is the area of the heart, it is the blood, it is the circulation, it is the diaphragm, it is the heart pumping. The whole life depends on it. So in the center of the heart is a furnace. Either it can cook for you or it can burn down your house and there is nothing in between. That is the tragedy of it.”
Kundalini Yoga to Create Self-Love
Love doesn’t rule you. What rules you is fear, phenomenal fear. Through this kriya, love can be invoked and fear can be reduced.

My name is Melanie Reid and I am the founder of ELATE Wellbeing Luxembourg.
I started practicing Kundalini Yoga back in 2013 when I was suffering from burn-out and depression. My life completely changed.
You do not land in a Kundalini Yoga class by chance. Out of the many forms of yoga, Kundalini Yoga is the most comprehensive of all traditions. In my first experience I cried as I felt the liberation of pain through the pain I was suffering. It was the greatest pain I ever suffered.
This is the force of Kundalini Yoga. It works on your body, tests your endurance, your acceptance of pain and probes your mind to keep up. It also clears your subconscious of negative locks.
My spiritual name is Nam Hari Kaur, which means the kind and creative princess/lioness who meditates upon the Name of God with all her heart. I am currently in the process of becoming a fully licensed KRI© Kundalini Research Institute Kundalini Yoga Teacher as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
