Kundalini Yoga Class
27 October 2020 at 8:00 am - 5:00 pm20€
Regular class, all levels
Kundalini Yoga is perfect for people who have to cope with the daily challenges and stresses, it’s short, it’s precise, it’s perfect, it has a fact in experience. This yoga is suitable for people of all ages and physical conditions. Its power lies in the actual experience. No words can replace your experience.
Kundalini Yoga is characterised by more simple basic postures (asanas), a comprehensive system of exercises (kriya), breathing (pranayama), meditation, chanting and a healthy mental projection.
A regular class is composed of:
- An opening ritual;
- A kriya;
- A relaxation and a meditation;
- A closing ritual.
The class is most likely to include some physical warm-up, and/or some pranayama exercises.
“I would say that my teaching style is fun, but also a little challenging at times. In the tradition of poke, provoke, confront and elevate, I may become a little bit more instructor than teacher at times. But I always try and lighten the physical effort with some encouragements. Remember to keep smiling, even if it hurts. For me personally, Kundalini Yoga and the spiritual path are intrinsically linked. So, I will probably mention terms like the universe, universal energy, or even God. In this case, see God a force, a universal something we can’t see: and it’s your own relationship to this source of origins that gives it a shape.”
Depending on the majority of the participants, the teaching language will either be Luxembourgish, English, German or French.
Class attendance is 20€, with an option to buy a 6-weeks cycle for 100€ (6 classes to be used within 3 months). The Zoom codes can be obtained by reservation:
